After graduating Southwest Texas State University with a BBA in marketing, Steve started his medical sales career as a Sales Representative in Total Knee and Hip Replacement. During this time, Steve received his Knee and Hip Society MBA as a Product Developer and Marketer working with numerous design surgeons throughout the United States. Early in 2000, Steve established Texas Orthopaedic Advancements, Inc. This distributorship is now known as Texas Ortho. Under Steve’s leadership, Texas Ortho has won multiple National Distributor of the Year titles along with many other awards for service, sales, and leadership. Off the clock, Steve is playing the guitar or drums at a gig with a band, engaged with his men’s group, or out doing outdoor activities with his family and friends. As if that wasn’t enough to drive his wife crazy, Steve added a mascot to the family in July of 2023, Miss Blue - a border collie puppy!
